Few things to consider when applying with our guild.

1. Do not leave questions unanswered it shows us that you are ok with being half-assed.
2. We require all of our raiding members to maintain 100% raiding attendance.
3. Remember we don’t know who you are nor do we know what your sense of humor is like, we do encourage you to be who you are on the application but 1 off jokes will not be understood during the application process.
4. Put your best foot forward, make sure all of your gear (Regardless of item level) is enchanted and gemmed properly for your spec and class.
5. If you have a “unique” spec please go in to detail on why you have chosen those talents don’t leave it to us to assume you have no clue what you are doing.
6. Yes a screen shot of your UI (In raid) is required.
7. Do not pester us on your application all of us do in fact have real lives and other things to do all day rather than read your application. There are MANY people that are viewing your application and chances are if you have not heard weather or not you are accepted or denied it is at the top of the discussion chart. Also keep in mind that you are not the only applicant that we are reviewing some applications take longer than others to review.
8. If you find doing things that go against the normal tactics of your class at the Raid Leaders requests an overwhelming challenge then perhaps this is NOT the best place for you.
9. Make sure you check your inbox on our web page for application status change we will not hunt you down it is up to you to contact us about the change of your application.
10. Please be aware that we will be performing a mumble interview after the written application please have mumble installed and our server information will be PM'ed to you via our forums.
11. Make sure you check the status of your application frequently as we will have questions you will receive a email stating that a comment has been placed on your application.

2. Please list you primary spec, along with any secondary specs you have (gear/ability/desire to play) along with a brief description of how you play your class. Take the opportunity to tell us how you will set yourself apart from others.
   
   At the moment I am running a double disc spec due to my feelings towards atonement healing. The buff on Halfus makes it almost ridiculous for me to not take a smite spec for that fight. I maintain grace stacks and bubble [for rapture] on the Halfus tank while essentially spamming smite. I don't feel as though this spec is as useful for other fights however, and from looking at your logs you are already carrying 2 holy priests and 2 shadow priests so I feel my niche in this guild is as a disc. If guild comp changes, I would be more than comfortable running as either holy or shadow as required.

5. What makes you think you are ready for progression raiding?
   
   I have raided semi-competitively since WotLK, with 11/12HM ICC and server first Halion. During T11 I really began to get into progression raiding, being in a US100 guild for BWD/BoT/To4W. I think I am ready for progression raiding as I have a proven track record of doing so. I believe in min/maxing my character to the best of my ability, if that means farming Tol Barad for Mirror of Broken Images or buying superior enchants for non-BIS gear. Beyond this I have experience with raid leading, so I make it a priority to know not only my role as a healer, but the roles of the tanks and dps respectively.

   In my downtime I am an achievement whore, and love to go back and run old content for rep/achieves/mogs. I also enjoy PVP, and have ran RBGs to a 1700 rating. I am also playing a ele/resto shaman competitively in PVE http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/proudmoore/Passella/simple
